How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:
The Blankets, Apparels, Wall Art are $7.95 for one order in the US 
The Scented Candle is $4.95 for one order in the US 
International shipping costs an additional $29.99
All prices are in USD.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders from our store are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. Can I expedite my order?
We are so sorry but due to the nature of the made-to-order product, we cannot offer rush shipping at the moment, but please feel free to reach out to our customer service, we will see what we can do to assist you the best :)


What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.

My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I’d like to modify my order.

I’d like to cancel my order.

My order is missing or defective.
