All of our products are made to order, therefore we only accept return and replace your order if the request meets conditions below:
- The products have been crashed or damaged.
- Different design or size from your order.
We don't accept return/refund without our mistake. Such as ( Wrong spelling, no longer needed,...).
If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact us via Customer.email@example.com within 14 days of receiving it with a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right for you.
