All of our products are made to order, therefore we only accept return and replace your order if the request meets conditions below:
- The products have been crashed or damaged.
- Different design or size from your order.
If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact us via Customer.email@example.com within 14 days of receiving it with a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right for you with no cost at all.
Please note: Due to the nature of the made-to-order Product, we cannot accept return, refund or free replacement for the unwanted item in cases of the following: Wrong address provided, Improper care, Damages in use..etc,
All returned/ undelivered parcels due to the wrong shipping address will not be returned to our factory, but sent directly to a charity organization. If orders were undelivered because of the incorrect address provided by customers, our company can only offer a 50% refund or 50 % discount coupon for reordering. Thank you for your understanding.
