If there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the "Contact Us!" button. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 14 days of receiving your order.


All of our products are made to order, therefore we only accept return and replace your order if the request meets conditions below:

  • The products have been crashed or damaged.
  • Different design or size from your order.

We don't accept return/refund without our mistake. Such as ( Wrong spelling, no longer needed,...). If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it with a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as twelve hours or once the campaign ends (whichever comes first). If your order has already entered the production stage or shipping stage, We will not be able to cancel it.



For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

Missing Item

If your package was

  • Returned to the sender
  • Shown delivered on the tracking link but went missing

Please check carefully your shipping information, if the informations are correct. Fill in a claim with the shipping company ( USPS or Fedex ) and send us a picture with all included information. We will review your case and find a fastest resolution. Please note that we will notresponsible for the missing item if you submitted the wrong address.


Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you.

Refunds (if applicable).

If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
